About your team:

We power 1 in 3 UK homes, making them greener and more energy-efficient with our partners at Hive, using smart tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers. Our Peak Save programme rewards better energy use.
About your role:
We seek Service & Repair engineers to join our experienced Gas Engineers team to ensure timely help for our customers, embodying British Gas's Service Promise of same-day fixes.
Base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE, potentially reaching £53,000 through our reward scheme.
Customer support is our priority. Whether during an annual service or a complex breakdown, you'll represent British Gas in customers' homes. Support from managers, mentors, and colleagues is available, but experience across various boilers and heating systems is essential.
What we’re looking for:
* A dedicated focus on delivering outstanding customer experience
* Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating
* At least 3 years’ experience in fault finding and diagnosis
* Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault diagnosis on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
