The Opportunity Pivotal are an embedded talent partner for an e-Commerce brand, supporting them as they expand their UK and international teams. Pivotal are looking to place a Talent Partner into the existing team. This role will be based in their East Sussex Headquarters and the Talent Partner will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week. The role will work closely with the leadership team within the client as well as the Founder at Pivotal to support the client’s growth. Vacancies that this Talent Partner will be filling include eCommerce, Content, Design and Marketplace as well as roles in Logistics, Finance, Fulfilment and Assembly roles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruitment Process: In-depth understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, ability to manage and streamline the process, and ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment experience for the client and candidates. Stakeholder Management: Ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams, through active listening, empathy, and effective communication. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Interviewing: Ability to effectively interview and assess candidates from a range of different skills backgrounds and industries, including the ability to ask relevant and insightful questions. Skills and Requirements we are looking for: A proven track record in a similar embedded recruitment or talent acquisition role Autonomous, the Internal Recruitment Manager will be expected to be proactive and to come with new ideas to achieve their goals Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to engage with all levels of candidates and to evaluate their suitability for the roles that Pivotal are hiring Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accountability to deliver all key times in a timely fashion A completer-finisher mindset to ensure all tasks are completed Strong track record of delivering results, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations.
