Strategic Partnership Manager We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. Your role will be to develop and maintain exceptional partnerships with our NHS colleagues (ICBs, Provider Trusts), Local Authorities and other relevant stakeholders. You will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality business development plans including marketing strategies and service developments This is an exciting role within an established team and our ideal candidate will already be working within this sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the creation of business cases where necessary, using operational knowledge and market intelligence Support the bids and tenders team to complete robust high quality responses Maintain customer relationship management records to support business intelligence and commercial growth Sustain existing and build new long-term relationships at all levels with our NHS partners and wider stakeholders Build relationships with, and work alongside operational colleagues to ensure contract requirements are successfully achieved Requirements: Degree level education or an equivalent level of relevant experience Relevant experience in the healthcare sector, either with or for the NHS Track record of business growth in a relevant field Experienced in developing and delivering customer presentations to audiences of commissioners, providers and stakeholders Understanding of ICB, LA and NHS England commissioning Keeping up to date with relevant local and national policies, procedures and pathways Remuneration and Benefits: Upto 77,000 Dependent on experience 25 days paid holiday ( increasing to 28 days ) plus bank holidays A day off for your birthday Healthcare Cash Plan Benefits Platform Life Assurance Discount Vouchers Flexible working opportunities Access to a Wellbeing Portal and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Equal Opportunities Employer: At Clinical Partners we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
