We are looking for a part-time receptionist/administrator to join us at The Physiotherapy Centre, Sittingbourne High Street.
The role involves:
1. Greeting patients
2. Booking appointments (using a bespoke Diary Management system, which you will be trained in)
3. Email correspondence
4. Accepting payments
5. Preparing files
6. Liaising with insurance companies
7. Various other administration duties
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment, and have good verbal and numeracy skills. You will be dealing with patients face to face and over the telephone, so you will need patience and the ability to handle multiple tasks while working calmly under pressure with a smile. Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous. The ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a calm perception is essential.
The shift pattern is:
1. Mon 1pm-7.15pm
2. Tues 7.45am-1.30pm
3. Fri 12noon-5pm
4. Alternate Saturday mornings 8.15am-1.15pm
You will also be required to work extra hours to cover for other team members' holiday/sickness, so flexibility is key to this role.
