Job Title: International Sales Executive
Location: Washington, Sunderland, UK
Salary: £30-42K

Responsibilities
1. Maintain and develop relationships with current clients. (Maintain Business > New Business Develop).
2. Customer visits including overseas – respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests.
3. Have international travel to East Europe 1-2 times per month.
4. Achieve profit and sales targets in conjunction with Sales Annual Business Plan.
5. Establish and work towards the mid and long-term sales and marketing goals of the company in conjunction with the Sales Annual Business Plan.
6. Provide quotations to win new business and report to the Sales Manager any issues or anomalies relating to your relevant Customer Accounts.
7. In conjunction with the Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Branch Manager to respond to RFQs to increase sales and improve profitability.
8. Support your Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager to accomplish the department’s goals.
9. Liaise with the Operations team to forecast and monitor customer production requirements.
10. Take full responsibility for the ordering and forecasting of your assigned customers.
11. Maintain/update records in relation to Sales activities i.e. Quotations, Production Drawings, Product Masters, Model control sheets etc.
12. Work together with other departments to coordinate customer support activities, and ensure customer service is maintained at an exceptional level.
13. Follow policies and procedures in conjunction with ISO documentation and other work instructions.
14. Participate in the bi-annual stock-take activities.
15. Identify areas for improvement in terms of training and development needs.
16. Work with Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager to update and record monthly Sales figures.
17. Drive and promote the Company 5S improvement charter on a daily basis.
18. Any other activities as directed by management.
Essential Experience, Competencies and Skills Requirements
1. Valid working visa in the UK.
2. BtoB sales experiences with manufacturing products.
3. Speaks Business English.
4. Able to have international travel to East Europe 1-2 times per month.
5. Driver’s license.
6. Able to come into the office every day when you don't have business trips.
Preferred Requirements
1. Deep knowledge or interest in automotive parts.
2. Experienced in sales with Tier 2 or Tier 1 automotive or mechanical parts.
3. Experienced in overseas business trips.
4. Able to read mechanical component diagrams.
5. Speaking Japanese would be an advantage.
