Are you a highly organized individual with a knack for team management and customer service? Quest Employment is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our client’s team in Banbury!
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 2-4 engineers, depending on experience.
* Respond to customer inquiries and keep them informed of progress.
* Arrange annual and bi-annual callouts for routine calibration of equipment.
* Assist engineers with diary management and routing to ensure smooth communication as a team.
* Answer incoming phone calls promptly.
* Complete administration of engineer reports and customer invoicing within 48 hours.
* Maintain an up-to-date CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a service department is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Benefits:
25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (3 days reserved for Christmas shutdown)
Permanent position (6-month probation with a 3-month review)
Office-based role with working hours:
Mon-Thu: 8:30am-5pm
Fri: 8:30am-6:30pm
Competitive salary of £27000
