Role Overview
NuMi Health (Marketing Lead)
* Take ownership of the marketing strategy and communications.
* Drive content planning, creation, and delivery across platforms.
* Manage and collaborate with digital specialists and external resources (e.g. designers, developers, paid ad and SEO specialists).
* Build a strong brand identity and establish NuMi as a trusted name in health innovation.
* All hands on deck – as a startup, flexibility and adaptability are key!
The Pigs (Brand Manager)
* Work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns and content for this established hospitality brand.
* Implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and impactful.
* Utilise a range of marketing tools, with access to in-house training and external freelance experts for support.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute campaigns across social media, email, website, print and paid ads.
* Content creation (writing, photography, video) to drive engagement.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance.
* Manage projects with third-party collaborators.
About You
You’re proactive, adaptable, and excited to work across fast-paced, diverse brands. You’ll bring experience in marketing and a passion for creating engaging content, with a strategic mindset for NuMi and a collaborative approach for The Pigs.
Skills and Experience:
* 3 years + experience in marketing.
* Marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
* Content creation, including strong creative writing skills.
* Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, scheduling tools).
* Email marketing platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor).
* Website CMS (e.g., Drupal, CraftCMS).
* Performance analysis and KPI reporting.
Desirable Skills:
* Photography and video production.
* Background in hospitality and/or health-related marketing.
Personal Attributes:
* Passion for health and wellness.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
