Sales Administrators will liaise and interact with customers and all internal departments within ASM Technologies, whilst supporting the Account Managers.

Duties
* Collaborate with Account Managers within the tech industry to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
* Source solutions and engage with suppliers for run rate products / software / services.
* Provide accurate quotes to customers.
* Act as a key point of contact and ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with contractual SLAs.
* Engage with clients to gather feedback, address inquiries, and provide solutions.
* Monitor and expedite client orders to ensure delivery within client SLAs, resolving any delivery issues ensuring the customer is informed as appropriate.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Ensure compliance with internal best practice processes.
* Work in collaboration with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales and purchasing.
* To undertake additional duties that may be required from time to time.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Quick thinker, methodical with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and the ability on your own to work using initiative to problem solve.
* Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
