The Education Support Officer will work as part of the Education Administration Team providing effective, professional and quality administration support across a number of portfolio areas, enabling the department to fulfil its function to a high standard.
Your main role will be to provide administration support to the Associate Director for Organisational Development, Culture, Leadership and Learning (AD for ODCLL). This will include diary management and pulling statistical data for key reports as well as supporting the timely communication and promotion of development opportunities across the Trust.
The role will also provide some administration support to Practice Education team, Simulation Team, and the Dementia, Conflict and Mental Health First Aider lead by administering and coordinating development programmes and workshops and creating training materials. .
The post holder will support the administration team with reception duties for the Education Centre.
The post holder will manage their own workload, but support, advice and counsel will be given as required to coordinate more complex tasks.
