The Role This role will be working within the creative department to help steer our thinking for our retail and shopper clients. You will be crafting exceptional retail solutions that drive brand growth and foster customer loyalty. You will be highly motivated and analytically passionate about Shopper Strategies to truly understand consumer behaviours, identifying trends, and developing strategies that optimise the shopper journey. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping our shopper campaigns and support longer term retail strategies for our clients. Accountabilities Consumer Insights & Analysis Conduct comprehensive market research and shopper behaviour analysis to identify key trends and insights. Utilise a variety of data sources, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends, to understand shopper motivations and preferences. Examining client’s business to get to know their brands and understand their objectives Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns Presenting findings to senior staff members and clients Developing measurement frameworks for marketing activity Supporting in the growth of accounts in retail and shopper and new business pitches Informing clear, compelling and inspiring thought pieces that lead to better briefs. Provide actionable recommendations based on trend analysis to optimise product placements, promotions, and in-store experiences for our clients Share findings with the wider business so we have a raised benchmark of shopper understanding. Working hand-in-hand with creative teams to push the quality of end output Professional Development Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of market shifts and emerging consumer behaviours. Requirements Essential Proven experience in shopper marketing, consumer insights, or a similar role within the retail or marketing industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Creative thinker with a passion for understanding consumer behaviour and enhancing the shopping experience.
