Key Account Manager - Commercial Bulk Sales
Location: Home/Field-Based – North
Salary: £38,000 + Commission (up to £40,000 per year) + Bonus + Car

As a Key Account Manager in Commercial Bulk Sales, you’ll play a critical role in driving sales growth and managing margins within a defined territory. Your responsibilities will include managing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction while implementing national sales policies.

Key Responsibilities of a Key Account Manager:
* Manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts, ensuring a high retention rate
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, re-contracting, and timely pricing
* Attend industry events to identify new opportunities and trends
* Lead the rollout of innovative products
* Collaborate with internal teams and support functions to achieve shared goals
* Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies proactively
* Action annual RPI inflation price increases
* Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Requirements of a Key Account Manager:
* Proven track record in profitable sales and negotiation at a senior level
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
* IT literate, articulate, and numerate, with excellent organisational skills
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
* Technical mindset or understanding
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Excellent time and priority management
* Confident and professional presentation skills
* Full UK driving licence
