Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager for their Sheffield property. This is a part-time position working 4 days a week.
The Assistant Manager will be an integral part of the existing property team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This fast-paced role requires excellent planning and reactive skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote bookings and drive sales to ensure maximum occupancy
* Implement innovative ideas to boost bookings
* Manage the debt process on-site and support the team in collecting rent and managing potential debt
* Coordinate room inspections
* Oversee deposit returns and prepare the property for summer business and new residents in September
* Ensure smooth operations during the Summer Turnaround period and maintain high levels of customer service
* Responsible for the Health and Safety of the team and residents
Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal Assistant Manager will have:
* Previous sales and management experience
* Excellent skills in motivating a team and meeting targets
* The ability to plan effectively and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in debt management
* Previous experience in student accommodation or hospitality management
