Our client is seeking an experienced People Advisor to play a vital role in providing professional and comprehensive HR support to colleagues and managers. Key responsibilities will include: Deliver advice and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Proactively monitor HR processes and practises to ensure effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders, focusing on key management data such as sickness absence and performance management. Build strong relationships with colleagues and managers to support various projects and initiatives. Provide insights on People policies and employment legislation. Coach managers to proactively address colleague issues and conduct investigations into employee relations matters. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS system. Support and lead initiatives aligned with the People Plan. The successful candidate will be / have: CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR (ideally or desire to pursue). Previous HR experience with a solid understanding of the HR function. Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practice. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Resilient in a fast-paced environment and adept at problem-solving.
