Your purpose in the role
As Fulfilment Coordinator, you will assist in the production operation ensuring both our internal and external customers receive an enjoyable and accurate experience in all interactions with the Fulfilment team.
Job Description
What you’ll do to succeed
* Provide a legendary service to both internal and external customers
* Raise issues quickly and accurately to the Fulfilment Supervisor or Fulfilment Manager where appropriate and assist with all customer and stakeholder needs as required
How you’ll do this
* Liaising and communicating with other departments regarding confirmed and in flow orders to obtain clarity for the team and help guide people through the order management system when needed.
* Monitoring and reporting KPI’s as required
* Dispatching orders on time by using appropriate software for courier service.
* Ensuring that orders are delivered on time by the most cost effective method.
* Arranging for pick-ups and returns from venues, clients and staff.
* Dispatch outgoing mail using couriers and postal service when necessary.
* Responsible for all print equipment and for duties including complex printing, production, binding and laminating of materials.
* Reporting any printer maintenance issues where faults occur, liaising with maintenance provider to ensure problems are resolved as quickly as possible.
* General maintenance of print equipment and copiers.
* Ensuring a stock of materials are kept at an acceptable level, placing material PO’s as required.
* Other reasonable duties as assigned

* Ability to operate and understand a variety of print room machinery
* Effective communicator, able to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues
* Ability to work on own initiative whilst maintaining a positive and professional manner at all times
* Good communication skills – written and oral
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & D365
* Ability to pick up new systems quickly
