Join a prominent company in the dental industry, specializing in advanced digital manufacturing solutions and precision part production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, calibrate, and commission various digital manufacturing equipment at client locations.
* Provide training and ongoing technical support to end users on equipment operation and maintenance.
* Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
* Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
* Degree or certification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of Additive Manufacturing, CNC, CMM, dental milling machines, sintering ovens, and ultrasonic cleaners etc....
* Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and a valid UK driving license
