* Lead Generation & Outreach – Research, identify, and engage with potential clients via multiple channels (social media, industry events, and direct outreach).
* Sales Qualification – Conduct initial conversations to understand prospects’ needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.
* Appointment Setting – Nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring a high conversion rate through tailored communication.
* Pipeline Management – Keep CRM systems updated, tracking leads and interactions efficiently.
* Market Research – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, providing insights to help shape sales strategies.
* Performance Tracking – Monitor and report on key sales metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Fluent in German & English (both written and spoken) – this is essential.
* Strong communication & presentation skills – ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
