We are looking to recruit an outstanding Class Teacher who can inspire our pupils to learn with enthusiasm and to enjoy the experiences a school can bring to a child. In addition to being an outstanding teacher, the post-holder will have additional responsibility in Early Years/KS1 - improving teaching and learning to accelerate progress and achievement across designated phases.
With the support of SLT, they will make strategic evaluations of teaching and learning and will work under the direction of SLT to take effective action to improve standards.
The post-holder will demonstrate strength in relation to pedagogy and classroom practice in all subjects. They will also have the ability to effectively coach and mentor others, providing effective guidance and support.
The post-holder will support senior leaders in school to secure improvements with key priorities, i.e. assisting the SENDCo or supporting the leadership of early reading.

* Be educated to degree level with QTS.
* Love encouraging, motivating and inspiring children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning.

* Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
