Experienced Administrator required to work on a full time basis in the Kettering area. This is a full time interim position based on-site Client Details Public sector client who have several sites across Northamptonshire. Looking for support within their Housing department Description Work to Schedule Stock Conditions Surveys Work withing the Housing and Property Repairs Department Assist Project Officers and Managers with Schedules of work, staffing and stock Be the point of contact for initial Repair enquiries Profile Strong Administrator Ideally have a Housing/Property background in order to understand the Schedules and Repair process Excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task IT skills Good communicator and telephone manner Able to work on site in Kettering Ability to work as part of a team but also be pro-active and able to work on own initiative Job Offer Full Time Hours - 37 Hours/Week Ongoing Interim Contract for up to 6 Months £15/Hour including Holiday Pay (possibly negotiable tbc) Starting ASAP
