Liaise with 3 rd parties: Software and system suppliers that you need to escalate issues to Visting sites where needed to resolve issues raised. Investigate and resolve issues and problems by working with the client, in house team and or 3 rd party suppliers. Manage your own workload of tickets, ensuring SLAs are met. Ensuring client confidentiality is always kept. Your Skills & Experience: Windows Desktop: Including windows 10 and 11.
