House Manager
Ability to act as a responsible representative of the development and to act as an ambassador for Commerson Estate Management and set an appropriate example in terms of behaviour and attitude. Customer Focus Caring, honest, reliable and respectful. Managing the development and the contracts relevant to the building, gardens and grounds in an efficient and effective manner in line with the Commerson principles and providing a safe, secure, well maintained and pleasant environment our customers.
Providing excellent Customer service including help, support and advice as necessary to ensure residents live an independent life.
Dealing with emergency situations as they arise in a professional way.
Monitoring and dealing with any necessary repairs to the communal parts of the building. Undertaking Health and Safety checks and inspections and recording of such i.e. Fire Alarms, Legionella, Emergency lighting etc. A rent free 2 bedroom apartment is available to the successful candidate.
The successful House Manager will have the following key competencies:

* An awareness of basic Health and Safety will be a distinct advantage.
* A good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
* Leadership and essential Sound Time Management skills.
* Excellent Planning and Organisational skills.
* Ability to control budgets.
House Manager Experience
* Experience of working with vulnerable people or the elderly is required
* Previous background in social care
* Knowledge of current Health and safety in social care sector
* Experience of dealing with contractors
* Customer Service Experience essential preferably from a customer facing role.
* Knowledge or experience of the building/property maintenance sector
