The Position The Sr. Solutions Engineer (SE) – Proactive Compliance, works closely with the Pre-Sales teams to help drive sales and value to Theta Lake customers. This role is responsible for demonstrating our Proactive Compliance solutions, POC activities, as well as collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams on various requirements that arise during the sales and customer lifecycle. The SE will also be the technical consultant for the customer and will coordinate the necessary tasks to deliver the Theta Lake Proactive Compliance solution during the sales process and ongoing growth motions. In this role you will: Act as a technical expert in customer presentations Determine the technical and design requirements to meet client supervision and surveillance goals Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors Act as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development, and product and engineering groups Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction Guide and measure success criteria and outcomes in the POC process Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements Communicate clearly and frequently to both internal and external stakeholders on progress, status, and work to resolve any potential blockers with key stakeholders Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities and optimization in customer environments and roadmaps Collaborate with our teams to achieve sustainable growth Assist with Implementation activities including initial configuration and validation testing Provide overflow to post-sales support resources periodically The Company Theta Lake is the only communication compliance vendor directly financially backed by the leaders in unified communications including funding by Zoom, Salesforce, RingCentral, and Cisco as well as Wells Fargo and tier 1 venture firms including Battery, Lightspeed, and Neotribe.
