Our focus is on supporting SMEs and startups by providing them with the services and products necessary for their success. We currently run multiple shows, including The Business Show, Going Global Live, The B2B Marketing Expo, Sales Innovation Expo California, Working From Home Live, Retrain Expo, The Sustainability Show, and The Future Working Show. We are expanding rapidly and are located in central Bristol. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Business Show Media Ltd in Bristol. You will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with operations, marketing and sales to deliver excellent customer service and assist in organising and coordinating events. Responsibilities include: Introductory video call meetings to onboard new exhibitors Daily communication with clients/exhibitors over the phone and via email Ensuring exhibitors adhere to submission deadlines for documents and media and that invoices are paid on time Management of the exhibitor portal On-site support to the operations department at exhibitions, depending on the size of the event Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in client relationship management or account management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Knowledge of the business events industry is beneficial but not required Additional pay: Bonus pay structure Benefits: Additional annual leave over Christmas Regular team events and social activities Company pension Gym membership
