Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £45,000-£50,000pa We are looking for someone to support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and delivering our marketing and communications plans, ensuring they are compliant, on brand, and customer centric. We love what we do at Cambridge and Counties Bank, and we want to shout about it This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing a brand to life, through the voices of our customers - using the latest content from long form and podcasts, to press releases and webinars, the more creative the better If you have campaign management experience across all marketing channels including email, regulatory communications, the production and management of collateral, and events then we would love to hear from you About you For this role you will need the following skills and experience: B2B Financial Services experience is essential. A degree or equivalent in Marketing, or equivalent professional experience. Knowledge, understanding and experience across all offline and online marketing communications channels. Excellent copy writing skills with the ability to write relevant and engaging content, interpreting complex financial solutions into jargon free, easy to understand, compelling communications. Agency management experience including writing briefs, managing, and evaluating design ideas. Ability to manage personal workload and priorities effectively, with excellent time management and organisation skills. Ability to contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively across the team to implement campaigns through all channels. Excellent levels of communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and relationship management skills, including agency management experience. Computer literate including proficiency. An understanding of Conduct Risks & a customer first approach.
