• Support strategic, curriculum-led financial planning to ensure effective use of budgets and resources.
• Knowledge and clear understanding of the statutory framework for education as well as new and innovative developments within education.
• Be responsible for supporting and educating children with special educational needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Have a strong commitment to ensuring excellent pupil progress.
• Be dedicated to sharing responsibilities for raising standards.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a
supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive
learning atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEN teaching
strategies and educational research.
