Our Operations & Supply Chain team are offering a fantastic opportunity andlooking for a Supply Planner to join the team As Supply Planner the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of arobust supply chain and driving effective inventory management, in order to supportMedik8s rapid growth and meet Supply Chain objectives. The working hours for this role are: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm (Hybrid working, onsite Tuesday - Thursday) In more detail the role will include : Ensuring optimal raw material / componentry inventory levels through effective intakemanagement, to maximise product availability and prevent out of stocks or overstocksituations. Collaborating with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams to alignsupply plans with business needs. Monitoring and drive reduction in aged and obsolete lines to support inventorytargets and minimise stock write off risk. Preparing and presenting reporting on inventory KPIs, to include risk and opportunityinsights and action planning. Supporting the Supply Chain Manager in driving continuous improvement initiativesto enhance the supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Supporting the Supply Chain Administrator in resolving high risk supply chain issueswith our External Suppliers when required. What can you bring to the role? 2 years experience in a supply planning role (or similar), ideally in businesses withmultiple SKU portfolios. Experience working with ERP software. Advanced IT Skills: Google Suite or Microsoft Systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively withcross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Good problem solving skills and able to take initiative. Have a desire to learn and continuously develop.
