Customer Complaints Specialist
Location: Salford Quays or Staines
Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)
Salary: From £24,500 - £26K depending on location
Hybrid Working: Home and office working options available once signed off - this is not a fully remote working position.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Complaints Specialist, you will need to empathise with customers, investigate their complaints, and resolve issues effectively. This may involve apologising, paying claims, or offering compensation.
You will communicate resolutions to customers over the phone and follow up with a confirmation letter.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Past experience of dealing with complaints and knowledge of the Ombudsman Services and industry regulators.
* Experience in an FCA-regulated environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage your workload and prioritise cases.
