This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and evolving UK division of a global food manufacturer, looking for a talented sales operations coordinator. The role will be initially on a temporary contract but there is a strong possibility of it becoming a permanent position. It also offers hybrid working (2 days in the office / 3 days from home).
The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating order fulfilment between the customers and the warehouse. Previous experience in customer service with a supply chain environment, and using SAP and Excel, is essential.
* Process orders from customers
* Allocating stock as per forecast and agreed internal measures
* Update internal trackers
* Arrange delivery slots with 3PL
* Arrange delivery slots on customer portals
* Raise invoices on SAP system for shipped orders
* Update customers on supply shortage and performance
* Customer facing duties such as dealing with complaints, late deliveries and shortages
* Attend all relevant meetings including daily operations meeting and daily 3PL meeting
* Assist in operations administrative tasks such as arranging and booking in inbound supply and updating trackers and systems
* Assist with finance queries such as POD requests and invoicing issues
