As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, from supporting teachers with lesson delivery to providing tailored assistance to students who need extra help. Your positive attitude and passion for helping children will be key to their success!
Key Responsibilities of Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
* Assist in delivering lessons, helping to adapt activities for diverse learners.
* Provide small group or 1:1 support to students who need additional help with their learning.
* Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and encouragement to boost confidence.
* Support the teacher with classroom management and ensure a productive learning environment.
* Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.
Essential Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience working in a school setting, ideally in a support role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for helping children succeed and develop their potential.
