Excellent opportunity for a standalone HR Manager to join this commercial organisation close to Stansted. The client is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager (very much a Generalist role). You will need to come from Manufacturing, Construction or similar.

Manage complex Employee Relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement et
* cDevelop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate dispute
* sIdentify training needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individual and team learning and development plans
* .Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
* .Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies
* .Support the recruitment process – writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc
* .Induction
* sManage talent and succession planning
* .Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals
