As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care during the night, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents. What We’re Looking For: NMC Registration: Valid UK NMC registration and a nursing qualification (RGN). Clinical Expertise: Solid understanding of up-to-date clinical practices and the ability to apply them effectively in a night-time care setting. Care Documentation: Experience in writing detailed care plans, risk assessments, and diet plans, demonstrating a holistic approach to patient care. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
