Job Description
* Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow
* Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction
* Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
* Manage inventory and stock control within the pharmacy
* Handle patient queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community
* Participate in community outreach programmes to promote the pharmacy's services
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:
* A degree in pharmacy or a related field
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
