As part of our Complaints team, you’ll ensure complaints are noted and acknowledged in line with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code. You’ll signpost emails to relevant areas, provide updates to tenants, and update systems as necessary.

What you’ll be doing:
* Ensuring systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
* Managing the team inbox.
* Logging and allocating enquiries and complaints.
* Carrying out ad-hoc tasks relating to Housing Ombudsman Service requests.
* Adhering to complaints policies and procedures.
* Developing excellent working relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in Customer Services.
* Knowledge of housing legislation would be ideal.
