Job Title: Social Worker – Disabilities Team
Location: Wokingham
Rate: £38 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at Wokingham. They are looking for a new member for their Disabilities Team. To work within the Adult Social Care team 18+, undertaking direct work with customers who have a learning disability, physical disability, long-term conditions, and the elderly frail.
What will your responsibilities be?
The main aim of the service is to enable individuals to live safely in the community, maximizing individuals’ abilities to care for themselves and supporting carers to continue in their caring role as long as they are able to. Working in accordance with key legislative frameworks, the service will support individuals to access support services in line with their eligible needs, with an emphasis on health, safety, and wellbeing for vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
