1. Routine office tasks such as updating data, filing reports and ordering supplies
2. Work scheduling and compiling job dossiers for field engineers
3. Providing telephone support to field engineers involved on various projects
4. Accurate data entry
5. Network analysis for the right candidate

1. Planning and organisation skills
2. Excellent communication skills

4. Self-motivated and reliable
5. Computer literate with experience of Windows and Excel
6. Previous experience working with an organisation that employs field engineers is an advantage
Office Administrator (Water Industry) – Benefits Package
1. A starting salary of £24,000pa
2. The salary will then increase to £26,000pa after a successful trial period
3. Salaries will then continue to rise based on performance and progression

6. 35 hours per week, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
7. 20 days holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays) - 28 days in total
