With ambitious growth plans to expand our already impressive product portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Your Role Will Include:
* Research and identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
* Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to establish interest and qualify their needs.
* Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the New Business team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in Salesforce.
* Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to ensure effective communication and positioning of our products and solutions.
What You'll Bring:
* Prior experience in a sales or business development role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Experience working in SaaS, Software, or Telco sales.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
