Customer Care Executive

So, what’s the job?
* You’ll handle enquiries by phone, email, messaging and provide advice and assistance to customers and partners regarding (but not limited to) policy coverage, policy administration, new or existing claims.
* You’ll resolve customer complaints within relevant framework.
* You’ll meet call quality and quantity KPI’s.
* You’ll meet and exceed quality, processing times and customer excellence targets and you’ll manage ticket queries responses within expected hours and escalate complaints to management if unable to resolve.
* You'll have the opportunity to grow with the company via our established Career Progression Framework.
And what are we looking for?
* You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills – you can communicate with anyone.
* You’ll have previous experience working in a customer service environment.
* You’ll have the ability to assess information quickly with attention to detail and ask questions when required.
* You’ll have a passion for customer service and solving customer problems.
* Holding an existing CII FIT qualification would be an advantage otherwise CII FIT to be taken and passed during probation. We are willing to help you grow and develop and will give the time and tools to help you succeed.
* You’ll be flexible with shifts including weekdays and occasional weekends/bank holidays as required.
