Manager - Enterprise Risk, Controls & Compliance at Audit & Risk Recruitment
£70,000 per annum + up to 25% bonus.
Hybrid working in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. 3 or 4 days a week in the office.
Audit & Risk Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a growing insurance company based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking to add to its expanding risk management function by hiring an Enterprise Risk Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, key responsibilities of this role will include the management of the company’s enterprise risk management framework and ensuring that policies and frameworks align with group standards and risk appetites. You will report on risk incidents and administer action tracking and root cause analysis. You will also help to provide oversight and review risk management processes, providing continuous improvement and self-assessment capabilities. You will also help to embed relevant regulatory frameworks for the risk profile, including ORSA and FCA requirements.
The successful candidate will have experience in Enterprise Risk Management gained from the financial services sector, preferably in insurance or pensions. You must have excellent communication skills and be confident in your communications with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
