North UK Area Sales Manager – Pressure Control Equipment Field based with a fully equipped home office. You will live in either Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke, Doncaster, Sheffield areas but anywhere on territory so long as you are willing to travel Our client is a market leading distributor of high-quality pressure control equipment to the oil and gas industry. They are exclusive distributors for leading brand names of gas regulators, valves, and other gas pressure control and instrumentation. They are preferred instrumentation suppliers to many world-leading manufacturers and blue-chip companies that need pressure management equipment across a broad range of industries across the UK to include oil and gas, as well as R&D Companies, Academia & OEMs that need pressure control. Due to growth, they now hiring a North UK Area Sales Manager to sell their products in a technical sales/solution selling role. As the North UK Area Sales Manager for Pressure Control equipment you will: Management of Existing Accounts across the North UK from Birmingham up to the Scottish borders New account Business development Solutions sales - advising customers on the best gas pressure control products to solve their problems, attending client meetings in the field as well as undertaking phone-based sales calls and Teams meetings to provide the right technical solution and close orders for gas pressure control equipment Liaising with suppliers of the gas regulators, valves, fitting tubes and other products to gain product support and pricing Creating customer quotations Inputting Customer orders Work closely with Operations team, advising on specific customer requirements Work with accounts to resolve any invoicing issues General admin duties Answering the telephones, assisting customers, or directing the call onwards to the relevant person Attend relevant training on and off site on pressure control equipment sold Requirements for the North UK Area Sales Manager for Pressure Control equipment role: External Sales experience preferred as this is a customer facing position A good mix of “Hunter” and “Farming” sales experience.
