Job Description
Main responsibilities include;
* All tasks required to assist in the production of high-quality transfers and emblems.
* Mixing and matching different ink systems to match production needs.
* A high degree of flexibility in order to maintain optimum production capacity.
* Ensuring all the required paperwork and/or data input is produced, recorded, and filed correctly (including recipes, samples, stock levels etc).
* Maintaining and following all Health & Safety procedures within the ink room.
* Provide cover/support for all roles/departments within the Company as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
* Always carrying out your duties professionally, courteously, and in a timely manner.
* Consistently and accurately following all production protocols and procedures to ensure consistent product type and quality.
* Reporting all known production protocol deviations (including modified methods of production, errors, or product abnormalities) to your line manager.
* Comply with all company instructions including verbal instructions from your line manager, written memorandums, the Health & Safety Policy, and Employer Handbook.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience of mixing Inks to a precise level a distinct advantage
* Team player – must enjoy working in a team environment, with the ability to liaise with other members of the team to get a task done
* Flexible - able to adapt to a constantly changing environment and willing to take on additional or alternative tasks as required
* Initiative – can identify where improvements could be made, able to implement improved working practices
* High attention to detail and accuracy
