Job summary Marsh Medical Practice are looking to recruit a Dispensary Manager to lead our dispensary team and ensure the smooth operation of our dispensary services. The role covers two sites - Manby and North Somercotes. This leadership role will require the post holder to be proactive in the development of the dispensary and its staff as well as engaging with various stakeholders. Each site has a busy dispensary and we also provide dosettes and a delivery service. One site has an automated collection machine for 24 hour prescription collection and the other site has an automated dosette machine. We have an excellent team of clinical and non clinical staff. We are a teaching practice for medical students and we have also trained many of our dispensers ourselves. We have regular team meetings and you would also be part of the SMT.
