Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Chiller Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing all chiller and HVAC units across the South of the UK, with a primary focus on the London area. This field-based role will occasionally involve providing technical assistance on various projects, troubleshooting, and dilapidation reporting. The position is part of a call-out rota, currently 1 in every 19.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure service levels are maintained to the highest standard
2. Commission and maintain industrial and commercial chiller and HVAC systems
3. Diagnose and repair faults in the systems
4. Perform preventative maintenance, including inspections and cleaning
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems
6. Complete and maintain accurate records and reports of works carried out
7. Provide technical support and training to clients and colleagues
8. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
1. Experience with chiller equipment
2. Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, HVAC systems, and chiller systems
3. FGAS certification
4. Relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g., NVQs)
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Passion and enthusiasm for engineering
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
8. Professional attitude and appearance
9. Valid driver's license
