About the Role:
We are currently looking for staff to join a fantastic SEMH unit supporting pupils with additional/social, emotional and mental health. This role will give you the most outstanding opportunity to work with a highly professional team and various therapists to ensure the pupils have everything they need to develop and thrive.
The successful candidate must:
1. Have passion, enthusiasm, and resilience.
2. Have a strong understanding of psychology and mental health knowledge.
3. Have some experience (paid/voluntary or personal) with mental health and challenging behaviours and SEN.
4. Be hard-working and committed!
