Service Advisor A leading car and commercial vehicle dealership in Kent is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the Maidstone team. We are looking for someone confident in dealing with customers and colleagues, with a passion for providing first-class customer service. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential for this role. Main Duties : Greeting and assisting customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Advising customers on necessary repairs, estimated costs, and timelines. Liaising with the workshop and service department to ensure smooth operations. Keeping customers updated throughout the service process regarding costs and work progress. Maintaining and updating records and computer systems. Preparing job cards and invoices accurately. Handling customer queries and concerns professionally and courteously. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work. Upselling additional services, parts, or accessories when appropriate. Hours : Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis from 08:00 - 13:00. What We Offer : Competitive basic pay.
