Your duties will include:
* Setting up and assist the client in the use of audio-visual equipment.
* Arranging meet and greet events with organisers and be their point of contact.
* Supervising, support and train the team
* Being involved in Conference & Banqueting events as required
* Ensuring that a professional service is offered to our clients
* Providing the highest level of presentation of our event rooms
* Leading the department in the absence of the Conference and Events Manager
The successful candidate will already be a supervisor or is experienced in conference and banqueting and ready to take their first step into a supervisory role.
