As a Transfer Pricing Tax AVP, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the transfer pricing end-to-end lifecycle for certain Barclays' business lines, including leading functional analysis and developing transfer pricing methodologies.
* Supporting the preparation of transfer pricing documentation aligned with OECD TP principles, including economic analysis.
* Conducting periodic transfer pricing calculations and supporting the implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and monitoring.
* Responding to internal and external transfer pricing inquiries and assisting stakeholders with transfer pricing issues promptly.
The preferred candidate should be ACA/ICAS qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK tax and transfer pricing knowledge, ideally within the financial services industry.
Key skills assessed may include risk and controls, change management, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technological skills, alongside technical transfer pricing expertise.

* Analyzing business and product changes from a tax perspective and contributing to firm-wide processes.
