Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Bury, on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,500.00 per annum and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 07:00-16:00
What will you deliver?
* The role of Cleaning Supervisor is to manage the cleaning service delivery at a location based in Bury (BL9), ensuring compliance with all statutory and company procedures, enabling all available resources to work in an efficient, controlled and collaborative manner.
* Act as ‘hands on’ lead and front-line supervisor for the cleaning team to deliver a quality service.
* Respond in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine cleaning services.

Who are we looking for?
* COSHH Awareness – Essential
* Experience of industry/public cleaning services
* Previous experience supervising a cleaning team
* Ability to acquire BPSS vetting
* Flexibility – Able to work additional and sometimes unsociable hours when required.
* BICs trained – Desirable but not essential.
* First Aid Awareness – Desirable but not essential.
* Security Clearance Required – Provided upon appointment of the role
