Job Description
The key responsibilities of a temporary Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to:
* Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
* Organising and scheduling meetings as required.
* Attending meetings and minute/note taking.
* Document writing and disseminating as appropriate.
* Handling office correspondence and filing systems.
* Ensuring databases and records are kept up-to-date.
* Involved in data input on to computer system.
* Updating stakeholder systems to capture up to date data and information.
* Performing general office duties as needed.
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
* Upholding company standards and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful temporary Administrator should have:
* Experience in administrative roles, ideally within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to commute to Stockport.
