Our client is a successful tech scale-up, a cash generative SME, currently at c.£5m turnover and c.70 staff, looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven CEO and supported by a first-class senior leadership team.We are looking to recruit a highly skilled, proactive, and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to be the go-to person for all ad-hoc marketing activities across the business. This role serves as the central marketing support function for other departments, ensuring that internal marketing needs are met efficiently without affecting larger strategic initiatives.
Your focus will be on supporting internal teams with their marketing needs. Youll act as a bridge between the marketing team and other departments, co-ordinating incoming requests, gathering briefs, and delivering final assets.
Youll need to be confident in both creative and technical execution, working across email marketing, internal comms, and general marketing assets. With the ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and manage multiple requests, youll ensure that all internal marketing needs are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
