Work with children aged 4-11, aiding in their academic, social, and emotional development. Experience in childcare or education is beneficial, but not required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
* Being a positive role model in the classroom
* Assisting the class teacher with materials and activities
* Building strong relationships with students, staff, and families
* Collaborating with colleagues
* Bringing enthusiasm and dedication to work every day
Requirements:
* A passion for working with children and encouraging a love for learning
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent)
* Previous experience working with children or in childcare
* A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
* Confidence in supporting individuals or small groups
* An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
