Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will take on a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to patients across a variety of settings. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions, developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation plans. You'll work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, providing advice and guidance to patients and their families, while promoting independence and recovery. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior staff, contribute to service development, and actively participate in audit and clinical governance processes to ensure the delivery of best practices and continued professional development. Qualifications and Experience: • HCPC registered Physiotherapist. • Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or respiratory settings. • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. • Ability to manage a diverse caseload. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to ongoing professional development. • Experience mentoring junior staff (desirable).
